Gears of War 3 Beta Slated for April, There’s A Catch Though.
Epic Games will give early access to the Gears of War 3 beta to anyone who buys Bulletstorm for Xbox 360, the publisher said Friday.
This has to be one of the most highly anticipated games for 2011, but is it worth paying full price for a game “Bulletstorm” that you might not even like? Microsoft and Epic seem to be dangling the carrot out in front of us but who will bite it? For me I knew I was buying Gears of War 3 the second I finished Gears 2, as I think a lot of people did.
I guess sales numbers will tell in February providing Bulletstorm isn’t postponed.
Mass Effect 3 Announced for Holiday 2011
I don’t know about you, but this is serious news to this Girl Gamer. I find that action RPG’s are the way to go and this one is the champion in my world. The final title in the Mass Effect trilogy will again feature Commander Shepard as battles an invasion of Earth by the Reapers. Commander Shepard is to the Mass Effect series what Laura Croft is to Tomb Raider, providing you select the female option like I do every time. Of course this is all my opinion, but play the game and you will see what I am talking about.

Tiger Woods Needs to Start Winning for Partnership to “Make Sense” in the Long Run, EA Says
Looks as if Tiger Woods may be getting the boot from EA if he continues his golf game slump. EA has prided itself of having the number one golfer on the cover of it’s games and since Tiger has now dropped to the number two golfer in the world EA may change their front man to keep that tradition alive.
Speaking with Reuters (via NBC Sports), EA CEO John Ricitiello reiterated that there’s “no threat against Tiger.” But he also noted what he referred to as their business relationship.
